Key Responsibilities
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide technical support for IOS & Android devices, including upgrades and maintenance.
Assist with help desk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
System & Network Maintenance:
Monitor application performance, backups, and security measures.
Install and configure software on Tablets at client locations.
Deploy new equipment and application upgrades & network set up as needed.
Project Assistance:
Participate in IOS & Android application development or proof-of-concept evaluations.
Research technology solutions and assist in documentation.
Research & Integration of payment gateways into the application.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain inventory of hardware/software resources.
Prepare reports, training materials, and presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Adobe Captivate.
Education & Qualifications:
Current enrollment or recently graduated in a college or university program related to IT, Computer Science, or a similar field.
Skills:
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Proficiency in mobile operating systems (IOS/Android) or the ability to learn & implement quickly.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills for interacting with staff and documenting processes.
