Sales Executive – Multiple Openings

Key Responsibilities 

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through client visits, networking, and social media. Identify potential customers and cultivate relationships to generate leads. 

Sales Strategy Development: Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales tactics. 

Client Engagement: Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Understand their requirements, recommend appropriate products or services, and provide ongoing support. 

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. This includes preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the transaction. 

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance against targets. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth. 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

Education: A high school diploma or GED is typically required; a degree in marketing, business management, or related fields is preferred. 

Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a sales role is often necessary. Experience in B2B or SaaS environments can be advantageous. 

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients effectively. Strong presentation skills are also important for product demonstrations. 

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with any software tools like Excel & Google Workspace. 

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities are crucial for closing deals and managing client expectations effectively.
